Arizona Offers Tax Amnesty Program
|
|
The Arizona Tax Amnesty Program (SB1003) was signed into law by Governor Jan Brewer and authorizes the Department of Revenue to establish a Tax Amnesty Program from May 1, 2009 through June 1, 2009 for those who live, work, and conduct business in Arizona to pay any back taxes owed to the state, without penalty or criminal prosecution, at a reduced interest rate for those who qualify.
