DMA's primary objective is to provide you with a 100% physical review of the fixed assets located within a specific facility. The review is customized to your specific needs and operations and is thorough and exhaustive in nature.
Our approach includes a complete physical inspection of the facility in order to reconcile assets to the fixed asset ledger. We also review purchase orders and other pertinent documentation and interview key facility personnel to resolve any fixed assets not reconciled initially. All assets are tagged with bar codes (as appropriate) to coincide with the fixed asset ledger. This ensures more accurate future accounting activity.
