Property Assessment Notices
For the 2017 to 2020 property taxation years

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) has completed its mail-out of the 2017 to 2020 Property Assessment Notices (PAN). If you have not yet received your notice, please notify DMA Canada and contact MPAC at 1-866-296-6722 to enquire. It is important that you forward the notices to DMA Canada upon receipt, so we can commence the valuation cycle review on your behalf. Also be advised that if you are a tenant on a property, you will not receive a notice directly, you will have to request a copy from your landlord.

  • The non-residential assessment appeal fee has increased from $150 to $300 per roll number. A discount of $10 applies to electronically filed appeals
  • The residential assessment appeal fee has increased from $75 to $125 per roll number. A discount of $10 applies to electronically filed appeals
