Administrative Assistant - Tax Technology

Location: Cleveland  |  Division: Tax Technology

Provide a high level of professional, administrative and organizational support to the Tax Technology department. Responsible for ensuring department efficiency by managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and assist with proposals and agreements.

Provide general support to the department by preparing returns for existing clients, communicating with taxing jurisdictions, preparing tax payments, and other timely completion of all assigned work in the personal property compliance process.

Location: Atlanta  |  Division: Sales/Use

Assist Sr. Tax Consultants and Tax Managers in performing Sales/Use tax overpayment reviews, audit reviews, filing refunds, and additional consulting projects.

Business License - Compliance Supervisor

Location: Indianapolis  |  Division: Property Tax

Responsible for supervising the daily activities of a team. Staff development and training, setting schedules, assigning clients, ensure the timely, accurate, complete processing and submission of client work. To provide management support to BL Assistants, Associate Analysts, Compliance Analysts, and Sr. Compliance Analysts. Support Managers and Directors in the business license compliance group.

Support the Sales/Use Compliance function by processing multi-state sales/use tax returns for DMA clients as well as resolving notices and completing monthly reporting.

Provides administrative support to the DMA executive team and managers as needed. Responsible for administrative support to the entire office, operating the front desk, updating and processing reports, and scheduling meetings.

Manager, Sales Tax Process Optimization

Location: United States  |  Division: Tax Technology

Work closely with both Sales/Use and Tax Technology divisions to help clients resolve challenges. Leverage professionals with experience in sales/use tax recovery, audit defense, and tax technology to perform “Tax Process and Systems Analysis” to identify process gaps and deficiencies.

Payroll and Bonus Specialist

Location: Fort Wayne  |  Division: Corporate

Reporting to the Controller, the Bonus and Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll for the organization (ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly and semi-monthly payroll) and provide administrative support for the company’s bonus programs. The Bonus and Payroll Specialist will partner closely with both the Accounting and Human Resources departments to support cross-functional processes.

Senior Tax Consultant

Location: Indianapolis  |  Division: Sales/Use

Support Tax Managers, Sr. Tax Managers, and Directors in performing reverse audits and filing refund claims for all clients. Conduct smaller sales/use tax overpayment reviews, reverse audits, transaction analyses, and file refund claims for DMA clients. Perform multi-state research and work with state taxing authorities.
